Processing Time

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Damaged Items:

  • If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photographs of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that youโ€™ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at posterpeakstore@gmail.com.
