Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process Timeline
Once your return request is approved, please ensure that the item is shipped back to us within 7 days. Failure to send the item within this timeframe may result in your return request being voided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe and documented return of your items.

How to Start a Return

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to us. This includes any costs incurred for shipping, packaging, and insurance. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and arrange for a refund or exchange based on your preference.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

No Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, the best option is to request a return and place a new order for the correct item.
